Hi all on Muck,
Thank you to Janie for bringing this exciting new blog-site to our attention and greetings from New Zealand. Some of you may remember that we lived on the island for 12 years and I was the teacher for 7 of them. katie and Angus started school there and we left for NZ in 2003. Angus is now 13 and at College – the NZ equivalent of High School. He plays soccer and bass guitar as well as drumming in a local pipe band. Katie is nearly 15 (when she can learn to drive!) and starts her exams this year. She sails and plays bagpipes and violin.
We are just in autumn now, with the leaves on the trees changing to browns, reds and yellows and sometimes we have frosts at night. We are on our Easter holidays just now and go back to school on 5th May.
Hope this finds you well and we look forward to popping in to your blog now and again and listening to radio Muck, which we really enjoyed.
